Our team covers the two things that decide whether a used machine is worth buying: the mechanical condition, and getting it here.
On the mechanical side, our team includes a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic and Automotive and Hydraulic Engineer with 20 years in the trade, who has personally repaired more than 2,000 machines. Every machine is inspected and signed off by that engineer before it ships.
On the trade side, our team brings 15 years of international trade experience, importing and exporting, and handles sourcing, freight and customs.
We sell secondhand excavators and diggers, and nothing else. We do not take trade-ins and we do not buy machines off the public.
Four steps, about 6 to 8 weeks from start to finish.
Choose your machine and send us a message or give us a call. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
We check the digger's availability against your requirements and confirm how long it will take to get it to you.
A holding deposit of 10% secures the machine before we ship it. Total time is typically 6 to 8 weeks from deposit to arrival at your door, confirmed with you in person and in writing.
Pay the remaining 90% when we hand the machine over.
The money side, stated plainly. Ring us if anything here is unclear before you pay a deposit.
Bank transfer. We also accept card payments, with a small card fee added.
Your deposit is refundable if you cancel before we place the order with the supplier. Once that order is placed, the deposit is no longer refundable.
Due when the machine is delivered to you, anywhere in New Zealand, Australia or the Pacific Islands. Not on arrival at a port, and not before you have seen it.
Every machine is inspected and signed off before it ships to you. If something is wrong, we fix it at our cost where that is possible. If it cannot be fixed, or the repair would take too long, you get your 10% deposit back.
